Refund Policy

Original Artwork and Prints

Due to the nature of original artwork, I do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind. Please look carefully at the photographs, measurements and description of each piece before purchasing. If you have any questions about an artwork, please get in touch before ordering and I’ll be happy to help.​If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and packaging so I can arrange an appropriate solution. ​ For standard, non-personalised products, I accept returns in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. If you change your mind about an eligible item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or has arrived damaged. A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and checked.

Custom Commissions & Returns

Custom and commissioned artwork is made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged. ​ If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. Deposits for commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
